Capabilities

You design it. We help you build it.

Product design, CAD, engineering support, and the machines that make the part. Not a traditional machine shop, and not a race to the lowest hourly rate.

Product design

Start before the drawing is finished.

A lot of CAD is not ready to cut. We work from a sketch, a photo, a rough model, or an existing part — then change the file, check manufacturability, and plan how to make it.

  • Product design
  • Industrial design
  • CAD and CAD changes
  • Engineering support
  • Design for manufacturing
  • Enclosures and custom parts

CNC machining

A tool for the prototype. Not the whole company.

One piece, three, or a small batch in aluminum or plastic. We look at the model before we cut. The aim is days, not a production queue — and not aerospace or medical manufacturing.

  • Prototype machining
  • One-off components
  • Aluminum
  • Plastics
  • Small batch

Request a CNC quote

One part is enough. Tell us the material, quantity, and what it has to do. If the CAD needs a change, we will say so.

Accepted files: STEP, STP, STL, DXF, PDF, ZIP. Nothing is uploaded.

3D printing

Hold the design before you cut it.

Printed prototypes for fit, form, and function, when you need a part in hand before machining or a mold.

  • Fast prototypes
  • Fit testing
  • Functional components
  • Concept models

Injection molding

Plastic parts, without a production-sized tool.

Injection molding for short runs, when a printed part is the wrong material and a full production mold is too much.

  • Injection molding
  • Molded plastic parts
  • Prototype tooling
  • Small-batch molded parts
Bare gold-finish printed circuit boards

PCB and electronics

A board, when the product needs one.

Schematic, layout, and a prototype board that can be tested with the part. Electronics support the object. They are not a separate factory.

  • PCB schematic design
  • PCB layout
  • Prototype electronics
  • Sensors
  • Wireless
  • Power electronics
  • Hardware debugging

Embedded systems

Firmware on the same bench as the part.

Microcontrollers, radios, and the connections between them, developed with the mechanical design. The team includes embedded work because the products we have built needed it.

  • Firmware
  • Microcontrollers
  • ESP32
  • STM32
  • CAN, UART, SPI, I2C
  • BLE and Wi-Fi
  • Displays
  • Sensor processing
